had well-appointed room and a such wonderful stay for 10 nights.

The breakfast was enormous with a beautiful view, there were local fresh bread, pastries, cereal, and eggs. Thoroughly enjoyed my tastefully decorated room with a balcony, fresh towels, as example.

Great trip, can't wait to return! The location was awesome, right by the seafront next to the castle. Lots of restaurants nearby, and even a rooftop restaurant close by with an amazing view. 🌊

Wonderful location, very friendly staff

Technician who set up their wi-fi has a very personal view of the facility: he bans use of Outlook for outgoing emails! (By using port 465 !!!) This makes it unworkable for international business people even on holiday. Because of this I can recommend the hotel only to those of my many friends who are no longer active. A pity.

Very nice hotel, very polite and friendly staff. Location is wonderful, the private beach is nice.

Room is a little bit small.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The value for money was exceptional - I felt like I got much more than what I paid for. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the well-appointed rooms with stunning water views to the friendly and accommodating staff. The location was perfect, situated on a quiet beach with easy access to the main attractions of the island.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were flawless.

No information regarding the hotel or surrounding area, relevant pamphlets should be available. Inadequate room service menu and it would be convenient to have lunch facilities available. We thought the bar staff were excellent, especially Mauritzio and we commend him.

The room was spotless and had a huge comfy bed 🛏️. We also got a delicious breakfast as part of the deal. the staff was super helpful and even assisted us with our luggage. Their service was top-notch!

It doesn't take many words to describe my stay - fabulous! Everyone was so helpful, and so nice - I feel like part of a family. Love it -

The hotel was situated perfectly on the water's edge with beautiful views of the boats and castle. It was also conveniently located within walking distance to the main shopping and historic areas, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel facilities were clean, including the pool and private beach area with comfortable chairs and umbrellas. The staff, especially the bartenders and servers, were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. this city was a great vacation spot.

Nothing not to love.

The location is excellent,right on the beach, and a short walk from both the Castello and the main shopping area.The food is excellent though pricey - especially wine, water etc.

Although the price of accomodation was very good (we were there in late Oct) extras - food drink etc were very pricey. This nearly doubled the price of our 4 night stay, and we had only 2 meals there, other than breakfast. The room was quite small bearing in mind the quality of the rest of the hotel.

The hotel is perfectly located on a very quiet beach, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for guests. The rooms with sea views are a highlight, with their terraces offering a beautiful view of the town and the sparkling waters. The staff at this hotel are excellent, providing attentive and friendly service throughout the entire stay. The breakfast served on the rooftop terrace is a treat, with an array of delicious juices and a fantastic view of the castle.

No negative aspects could be found during our stay.

Fabulous hotel, best location, great food, crystal clear water. Outstanding staff, very friendly and helpful. No request is too big and always a friendly comment and smile. Bar Manager Agostino was a real gem. Beautiful food in general, from breakfast to dinner.The roof top restaurant with castle view was first class. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The mattresses were very soft.

The staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service. No problem with English language translation. Great breakfast spread. Wonderful pool at sister resort. Generous options of sitting/reading choices. Amazing view from the property. Antonio and Daniel were superb.

For us it was ideal.

A perfect location near to the Castelo, the port and great restaurants. Right on the waterfront with views of the Castelo from our room and a lovely breakfast buffet either indoor or on the waterfront dock. Staff were extremely helpful and entire property is beautiful. We'd recommend it as the perfect place to stay in Ischia!
